Fill a microwave-safe cup with a couple of ounces of water, crack an egg into the water, and microwave for 30 seconds. Check on the status of the egg, if additional cooking is needed. Microwave another 5 seconds and check again, repeat until desired egg consistency is reached.
PS Keep in mind the heat will continue cooking the egg through if you plan to cook several eggs this way.
