Hello lovely ladies! I want to share my personal concerns and the solutions I have found work for me. Please understand I am not a professional nor am I recommending any of these ideas before you consult your medical expert.
Menstrual cycle concerns:
cramps, migraines
Ovira (tens device) along with heating pads helps me manage my cramps so I can continue my days normally regardless of the time of the month.
Naproxen sodium (Aleve) works best for my cramps as well as my headaches. I will start taking 1 dose a couple days in advance for those early cramps. Then split and take an Aleve along with an Excedrin.
UTI (urinary tract infections):
I am unsure of how common some women are susceptible to UTIs. Personally, I struggled to keep it at bay 4-6 times a month until I found Uqora. The items that work well for me are their wipes, Wash pH-balanced vulva cleanser, and the Defend & Promote.
Keep in mind to use your HSA or FSA to fund these eligible items!
